Every vendor is carefully authorized by our Foundation team to ensure that the items are authentic and match the descriptions provided on our website.
Returns & Refunds
- If the item you receive is not as described on our website, or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a return.
- Items must be unused and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Depending on the condition of the returned item, you may be eligible for a full refund or a partial refund.
Process

- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Notes
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We cannot accept returns beyond the 30-day window or for items that have been used.
